Returns & Refund Policy – Eyewear

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our glasses. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item under the following conditions:

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.

For purchases made between 1 November and 23 December, returns are accepted up to 15 January.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the glasses must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original packaging.

The glasses must be returned with the original cleaning cloth and case.

The glasses must be in saleable condition, including no scratches on the lenses or frames.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, scratched, damaged through use, or missing cleaning cloth or case will not qualify for a refund.

Items returned without all required accessories (cleaning cloth + case) or with scratched lenses/frames will be deemed ineligible.
